Pisonia grandis is a species of Pisonia genus in Nyctaginaceae family Called in Sri Lanka Watha Banga in Sinhalease.Also called as "Letta Cochchi.  In Sri Lanka Watha Banga plant cultivate occasionally in home garden as a leafy vegetable but not use for a commercial also it is a unpopular plant and rarely used for a herb. it is a Fast growing Plant and easy to cultivate in low land areas in Sri Lanka tree is growing about 30 meters height.
