Dillenia Tree or Godapara is a evergreen perennial plant endemic to Sri Lanka. It is grow as large tree about 50 60 meters in height and produce durable timber that used in furniture or building construction and other industries. Also used in Ayurveda medicine. The plant can be found on forest borders edge of the paddy field, sometime in large land like small jungle in low land of Sri Lanka
